COMPUCATTM is the parent company of The Puppet Seller and is a sole proprietorship, owned and operated by Neal and Carolyn Kinney. We are located in the Santa Cruz Mountains of Central California and have been licensed for resale by the State of California since 1984.

 

WHAT WE DO

The Puppet Seller at PuppetSeller.com offers you the widest possible selection of educational, professional and gift puppets and accessories at the lowest possible prices. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, personal and business checks, money orders, Purchase Orders*, and we specialize in providing our products for educators. We offer a 10% discount on all orders over $100 (excluding shipping charges). Orders may be placed by Email addressed to orders@puppetseller.com or by telephone at 408-353-1836 or by FAX at 408-353-7089 or by using our Secure Shopping Cart. We also provide a Secure Message Board for credit and other sensitive information.  We apply the same standards and policies to international shipments. Customs and other fees that may be required by the destination country are not included in the quoted amount due and must be paid for separately by the addressee.
*We reserve the right to add a 50% collection agency fee to accounts past due 90 days or longer.

 

YOUR PRIVACY

Any private information that you provide to us such as address and credit card information is strictly for the purpose of processing your order and will not be disclosed or shared with any other entity. We also do not use any information provided by you to advertise or promote our services unless such information is specifically requested by you.

 

RETURN POLICY

Our policy is to guarantee customer satisfaction to the extent that if you do not like the product for any reason, you may return it to us within 3 months for a full refund (excluding shipping charges). No RMA or other authorization from us is needed, but we would appreciate a note explaining the return. You must return the product to us in new and re-salable condition. The refund will be in the form of a credit card credit or a business check from us, depending upon how the product was purchased. We want you to be happy and we want you to come back.

QUESTION: I want to send you a check (or money order or purchase order) but I can't find your address anywhere on your site.

ANSWER: Use our Shopping Cart to tell us WHAT YOU WANT and WHO YOU ARE. Then select PAYMENT by CHECK, MONEY ORDER or PURCHASE ORDER. You will be provided with a quick estimate of your order including shipping and you will be given our receiving address. THIS IS NOT A COMMITMENT TO BUY ANYTHING. IT IS JUST AN ESTIMATE TO USE WHEN REQUESTING OR MAKING OUT THE CHECK, MONEY ORDER OR PURCHASE ORDER. We won't do anything until we actually receive the check, money order or purchase order.
